Our goal isn’t simply to help you feel better—it’s to help you build the skills and insight to move forward with confidence.

Meet Keith Colton, LCSW
My name is Keith Colton, LCSW. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist in Fort Collins, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and first responder/mental health professionals across a wide range of concerns. My experience includes outpatient therapy, addiction treatment, clinical leadership, supervision, and collaboration with healthcare providers to help clients receive coordinated, high-quality care. Every client brings a unique story. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your goals, strengths, and circumstances.
Our mission is to provide real, honest, comprehensive and compassionate services with a non-judgmental, supportive and persistent approach.
What to Expect
Experience you can Trust
Individual Therapy
We will get to know each other, share your story, come up with a plan, set goals, problem solve, gain skills and change thinking patterns. We work on practical problem solving resources and referrals as we go.

Couples and Family Therapy
If a couple or family are committed to change, we will work on communication, conflict resolution, perspective taking, validation, boundaries, and intimacy. Couples are seen together for first visit, then individual sessions may occur throughout the process. Couples therapy is intended to run a course of 6-8 sessions with follow up as needed.

Telehealth and collaboration
- All Services Available via HPAA compliant and secure Client Portal.
- Couples and families therapy recommended in person, but will provide telehealth on a case by case basis.
- Will collaborate with any level of care requested by the client, including family members, medical providers, specialized therapists, occupational therapists and group/inpatient service providers.
What Sets Us Apart
The methodology

Evidence based Therapy
My approach draws from extensive clinical experience across a wide range of mental health concerns. I provide practical, evidence-based therapy supported by research and tailored to each client’s needs.
Growth Oriented
I provide personalized treatment tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. Lasting change comes from building skills, insight, and resilience—not simply managing symptoms.
Collaborative approach
I collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and other systems when appropriate to support comprehensive, coordinated mental health care. I also maintain a broad referral network when additional or specialized services are needed.
